CauseAIDE email marketing service

CauseAIDE is a hosted email marketing service that engages members of the public as advocates for the causes they support, through opt-in email campaigns called Click Campaigns.

In a Click Campaign, a corporate donor pledges an amount to support a nonprofit's field work. An audience of supporters opts in to receive a series of emails that describe the project and its outcomes. Audience members demonstrate their support by responding to each email, triggering an incremental gift from the corporate donor up to the pledged amount.

“We wanted to harness the power of the Internet to create a rapid and interactive experience among a widespread group. We also wanted to create a service
that relies on cooperation to achieve a shared goal. This creates a community of advocacy and action where everyone benefits,”
says AIDE co-founder and CEO Beau Perry.

CauseAIDE provides a way for the public to directly affect the success of companies' cause marketing efforts. The result is an online experience that connects corporate donors with supporters of causes.

PASS IT ON!

Visit http://www.thehungersite.com to give food to the hungry with just a click -- every day and at no cost to you.

HOW IT WORKS

When you click the "Give Free Food" button (once a day per person) at http://www.thehungersite.com, this simple action results in the donation of a cup of food to go to a hungry person.

It costs you nothing. Funding is paid by site sponsors and food is distributed by two leading nonprofit hunger relief organizations: Mercy Corps and America's Second Harvest.

The number of people who click each day determines the amount of food that goes to the hungry, so please forward this message along.

WHY CLICK?

There is enough food in the world for every man, woman and child. Yet an estimated one billion of the world's people live in poverty and face chronic hunger. 24,000 die daily. 75% of them are children under age five.

A "click to give" costs nothing but a few seconds of your time, and gives help and hope to a person in desperate need.
